2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 504, 506, 166,166A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . The prosecution case in brief is that the informant had applied for agricultural loan in P.N.B., Janta Bazar Branch. Thereafter the informant got confirmation that the loan would be sanctioned to him. It is alleged that on 15.02.2016, when the informant updated his passbook then he found that on 19.07.2014, Rs. 49,000/- and on 28.07.2014, Rs. 41,000/- has been withdrawn from his account. When informant went to the petitioner to enquire about the matter, he advised him to enquire

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. He further submits that as per Complaint Case, the alleged amount was withdrawn on 19.07.2014 and 28.07.2014 and when the loan was sanctioned, disbursed or withdrawn, during that period petitioner was not posted as Branch Manager of the said branch. In fact, one person namely Aru Kumar Srivastava was working as Branch Manager of the said Branch hence, even if the allegation is taken to be true then also no case under any of the section is made out against the petitioner. Police after investigation submitted final form. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-1st, Chapra (Saran) in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3467 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 3/3 connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
