JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 23.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13491 of 2013, the petitioner has been taken in service vide order dated 30.04.2015 but, he has not been paid the salary for the interregnum period.

At this stage, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the case is consigned. However, the petitioner, if so liked, may take legal remedy as available to him for redressal of his grievance with regard to payment of salary for the interregnum period.
