2. This is the third attempt of the petitioners. Earlier the bail application of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 17.02.2024 and 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5898 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No.51511 of 2024 respectively .
3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No.97 of 2021, in a case registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution, the petitioners and others have committed dacoity.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2109 of 2025(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 16.08.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. The petitioners are accused in seven more case. In the trial, all the witnesses have been examined except one witness.
8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
9. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
