In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pachrukhi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 registered for offence under section 301/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation made in the first information report, there is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have punctured the victim by knife and on that account he died. Though there is an allegation against the petitioner, the counsel for the petitioner submits that all family members of the petitioner have been implicated in the present case. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7383 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of ten months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
