Patna High Court CWJC No.995 of 2023(3) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 The prayer in the writ petition is for decision to regularise the petitioner. He claims to have worked as Customer Relationship Executive on contractual basis in-between April, 2012 to May, 2014.

There is no policy/norms/rules under which claim for regularisation on the basis contractual service as a Customer Relationship Executive can be claimed.

That apart, petitioner last served as Customer Relationship Executive in May, 2014, whereas the writ petition has been filed in the year 2023.

Having regard to above facts, no case is made out for issuance of any direction for regularisation of petitioner's service.

Writ petition is dismissed.
