====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, petitioner along with other family members killed the informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 28.04.2023. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with family affairs of the couple.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Dhanauti O.P.) P. S. Case No. 91 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
