Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were passengers and, as a matter of fact, driver of the aforesaid tempo fled away when the police party reached there. Taking into consideration the above stated submission as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners are in jail custody since 20.09.2014 without having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Goh P.S. Case no. 102/2014.
