JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the petitioner might be required for custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to allow anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
