This writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate direction/directions including order/order, writ preferably in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing respondents to make payment the of compensation of acquired land of the petitioner as per per the market value appertaining to RSP No. 14715] 14719, 14720, 14746, 14747, 14758, 23146, 23148, 23332, & 14784/29930 under R.S. Khata No. 799 respectively having an area of 0.016, 0.0505, 0,042,
Patna High Court CWJC No.3002 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 0.002, 0.049, 0.056, 0.1705, 0.026, 0.049 & 0.007. Hectors respectively situated at village Chirout, Thana No. 65, Anchal & P.S. Chirout, District- Sitamarhi (Bihar) for the construction and widening of the National Highway no. 526 C (MajhouliChirout) in the district of Sitamarhi has also quash the order of Divisional Commissioner, 11.04.2023 Muzaffarpur passed on in arbitration appeal No. 85 of 2019 without considering the case of the petitioner.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be appearing before the appropriate authority to change the category of the land within next four weeks.
4. In that case, the concerned authority shall take into account that the writ petition was preferred before this Court while taking up his condonation petition.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
