JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 427 and 385 of the Indian penal Code and Section 3 (I)(X) of the S.C./S.T. Act. It has been contended that all the offences alleged under the Penal Code are bailable in nature and two other coaccused namely Raja Kumar @ Raja Sah @ Raja Kumar Sah and Aalok Sah whose case is identical situated to that of the petitioner have already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 35613 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No.37798 of 2014 respectively.

Be that as it may, regard being had, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil, Begusarai P.S.
