JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner 70 sachets of country made liquor of 200 ML each and 5 litres of mahua liquor were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Desari(Chandpura O.P) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6330 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 Hajipur.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
