The petitioner seeks regular bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that somebody impersonating his mother transferred the lands in favour of Smt. Saroj Devi and Dr. Kanhaiya Lal Prasad.

Petitioner is a witness to the sale deed. Smt. Saroj Devi and Dr. Kanhaiya Lal Prasad have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2289 of 2014. The case of the petitioner is on better footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2863 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013.
