The petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped his minor daughter. It appears that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she denied to have been kidnapped. She further disclosed that she voluntarily married with Shankar Sah.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2461 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013.
