JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard Sri Kumar Bikramdeo Singh , learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sudish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satyendra Prasad, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.12.2015 in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed or grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made victim of village politics, petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated. He submits that accusation is against other accused persons, whereas learned A.P.P. opposing the prayer of bail submits that the statement of the victim girl, who was minor categorically
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7078 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 suggests involvement of the petitioner.
Besides hearing, I have also perused the material available on record including the case diary. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
