Plot No. 2308 and also from portion of land from R.S.Plot No. 2323 and 2326 carved out from C.S.Plot No.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mohania, Districtkaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
