The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/452/307/120B/504/566/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is agnate of the informant. Civil dispute is going on between the parties in the court of law. Allegation is that petitioner fired thrice. However, no injury was caused to anyone. Informant is an advocate by profession.
Considering the facts of this case aforesaid as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, which was lodged by the same informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2031 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No.199 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
