The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others kidnapped her minor daughter Maini Kumari. It appears that Maini Kumari made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that Hare Ram Singh enticed her away.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father of Hare Ram Singh and is in jail since 24.08.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Muffasil P.S.
