The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on bail but later on charge sheet was submitted. No notice was issued to the petitioner and consequently the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner was arrested on 02.04.2014 and since then he is in jail. It appears that the petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for about 10 years and for that petitioner has remained in jail for ten months. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like
