JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The petitioner submits that he has filed a representation (Annexure-2) before the District Magistrate, Buxar, seeking benefits under the scheme of Assured Career Progression (ACP) in the State of Bihar.

Bare perusal of copy of representation shows that the petitioner has not mentioned the details of his services in the representation to facilitate proper consideration and appreciation on his claim.

This court is of the opinion that the petitioner should

Such application, if filed within four weeks, it will be obligatory on part of the respondent No. 4 to consider the same and dispose of it with reasoned and speaking order extending the admissible dues to the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
