JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the informant's daughter namely, Nasima Khatoon, who is alleged to have been killed for non-fulfillment of dowry.

Earlier, the petitioner along with his wife and son moved this Hon'ble Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 52485 of 2015. While the bail application of his wife and son was allowed, his prayer for bail has been rejected. The petitioner has again filed application for anticipator bail.

In view of nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7852 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 prejudice, preferably on the same day.
