This contempt application has been filed complaining of non compliance of the order passed in C.W.J.C.No.7140 of 2016. By the order passed in the writ petition, the suspension order was quashed. The complaint of the petitioner is that although he has been posted vide order present at Annexure-5 to the contempt application but he is not being paid his salary. There is no such direction in the order passed in the writ petition regarding payment of salary and thus there is no case for
Patna High Court MJC No.374 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 contempt and the remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere in the separate proceeding.
The contempt is thus misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
