The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No.102 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Though huge quantity of recovered liquor was from the poultry form, which is not of the petitioner, but considering the criminal antecedent of the identical nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
