JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34105 of 2019 and allegation against the petitioner is of committing dacoity in the shop of informant and taking away laptop and other articles.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody for more than ten months and earlier while rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail, liberty was given to him to renew his prayer for bail and now the charge has been framed in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2931 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 405 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
