JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's six thousand rupees, two mobiles, Identity Card and other articles were robbed. One of the robbed mobiles is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade nor the mobile.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2600 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
