The petitioner is in custody in connection with R.P.F., Post Bapudham Motihari Case No. 6 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 3 R.P. (U.P) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioners were apprehended by the R.P.F. on 10.9.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for nearly five months, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
