For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anant Kumar Bhaskar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Surendra Pd.Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard Sri Anant Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, husband of the deceased and in custody since 04-11-2015, has prayed for grant of bail in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner herself had committed suicide and it was not a case of Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Besides hearing, I have also perused the material on record, including case diary. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
