JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 In this case this Court had started suo motu contempt for disregarding the order of this Court dated 27th July 1982 passed in CWJC No. 3925 of 1981. The order-sheet of CWJC No.2584 of 1982 shows that the Court found that the contempt proceeding should have been initiated and dealt with separately but by mistake notice has been issued in the writ application mentioning on the top of the notice -"Notice in contempt matter" Prayer in CWJC No. 2584 of 1982 has been made for fixation of salary of the petitioner and to issue writ of mandamus to the respondents in that regard.

Office has pointed out that as per High Court Rules, the High Court file has been destroyed, retaining the order-sheet of CWJC No. 3925 of 1981.

It appears that it is a matter of 1981.

Patna High Court MJC No.401 of 1983 (6) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 Counsel for the State submits that the concerned file is also not available in the Office. Counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has no instruction with regard to the present status, as he could not contact the petitioner. Matter relates to fixation of pay.
