Petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of robbing the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has not been put on T.I.P. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph- 7 and 11 of the petition.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P., let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, J.M., Ist
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3229 of 2015 (2) dt.23-01-2015 Class, Uda-Kishanganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 14 of 2011.
Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
