Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is younger dewar of the deceased whose dead body was recovered near a river and in post mortem examination, several injuries were found on her person but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Bibi Rukaiya and Md. Mushtaque Alam have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and moreover, no one has seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate -cum- Sub Judge VI, Purnea in Amour P.S. Case no. 101/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
