Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office be removed within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the date of custody in the petition during the course of the day.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, the petitioner was caught by police personnel with a loaded pistol and two cartridges. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3164 of 2022(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 custody since 03.10.2021, though due to typographical error in the petition, the date has been mentioned as 30.10.2021. Having regard to the aforesaid fact that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent and considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Barh in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, preferably one of his parents.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.

(iii) In case of absence for three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
