The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20 of N. D. P. S. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was travelling with co-accused Singheshwar Sah by scooter from whose possession 1.250 Kg. Ganja was recovered. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has appeared in the statement of the co-accused. After investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and the charge has been framed. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.4832 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, Hare Ram Bhagat shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.) P. S. Case No. 188/2007 (G. R. No. 720/2007) with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.

IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
