The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 23.11.2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.32520 of 2022.

It is next submitted that inadvertently, in the cause title of the anticipatory bail application, the name of the father of the petitioner was recorded as Late Banarshi Prasad whereas his name is Late Binda Prasad as would manifest from the F.I.R. also.

The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that despite petitioner being granted the privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14020 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 bail by order dated 23.11.2022, still he could not furnish bail bonds on account of the fact that name of his father was typed as Late Banarshi Prasad when it ought to have been Late Binda Prasad.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 23.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.32520 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as Late Binda Prasad instead of Late Banarshi Prasad.

The order dated 23.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.32520 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above. However, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 05.04.2023, his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions.
