Taking into consideration that petitioner being elder brother-in-law of deceased is languishing in jail custody since 10.08.2014 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC in which husband of deceased has already remanded in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Jamhore P.S. Case no. 96/2014.
