Mr.Suman Kumar Jha, AC to AAG3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard both sides.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition for commanding the respondent authority to extend the benefits of reservation to the socially and economically backward class in which category the petitioner falls.

It appears from perusal of Annexure 9 that the petitioner for the same relief earlier filed C.W.J.C. No.23403 of 2019 and the Division Bench of this court by order dated 28.11.2019 disposed of the writ petition of the petitioner with liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The petitioner again filed this writ petition for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2117 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 same relief, therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. The petitioner may pursue his case before the authority before whom he has filed representation.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed.
