2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he along with co-accused Gandhir Yadav was seen on the southern room of Basa whereas according to the informant, her husband was found hanging inside the room of the Basa. It is further submitted that petitioner is a handicapped person with 40% disability in the hands as per the certificate (Annexure-2).

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
