This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 703 of 2019 (G.R. No.5961 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 427 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7686 of 2020(7) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.2, above named, only. So far as bail of petitioner nos. 1, 3 to 8 are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them, bail application on their behalf is allowed. Let the petitioner nos. 1, 3 to 8, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 703 of 2019 (G.R. No.5961 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
