Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mashrak Town P.S. Case No. 439 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13284 of 2021(4) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Mashrak Town P.S. Case No. 439 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
