The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 399 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, three miscreants were caught by the police while petitioner and one of the miscreants managed to flee away. Police recovered arms, live cartridges and mobile phone from the accused persons who were apprehended by police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner's name has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Sadar Police Station Case No. 246 of 2021.
