JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 427, 353, 332, 333, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 489 of 2020.

As per the allegation, 66 named accused persons and 100-200 persons were surrounding the house of one injured person, who was being badly assaulted by the villagers. The injured person stated that he had consumed toddy. When the police personnel were trying to take the injured person into

It has been mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 489 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
