Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that miscreants are belonged to the stolen motorcycle. Raid was made when the petitioner and one Chandan Kumar Singh were arrested with two stolen motorcycle, two mobiles and one master key.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list does not reflect that the seized motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Coaccused Gaurav Kumar Singh @ Rana has been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4250 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3274 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014.
