Mr. Chitranjan Sinha, PAAG2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent while learned AC to PAAG-2 is present.
The prayer so made on behalf of the petitioner is confined only to the extent of having a direction to the appellate authority to dispose of Forest (Confiscation) Appeal No. 88/2016 within a reasonable time frame as, on account of apathy at the end of learned appellate authority, the truck will be forced to meet with natural decay causing loss not only to the petitioner rather to the nation also.
Learned AC to PAAG-2 is not in a position to justify pendency of the confiscation appeal since 2016. Consequent thereupon, directing the District
