The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2018, G.R. No. 5420 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2018. He further submits that in Para-7 it has been specifically stated that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity but she is not ready to live with him.

No.4312 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, District East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2018. The Court below shall refer the matter for mediation before district mediation center to explore the possibility of resolving the crisis between parties.
