11-04-2016 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioner for granting accommodation. On Friday i.e. 08-04-2016 also, the case was got adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for adjournment stands refused. Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that it is case of kidnapping for payment of huge ransom. In this case, ransom of about one crore was made. During investigation, the accusation against the petitioner and others were found true and investigation in respect of another point is still continuing. He submits that boy was kidnapped from Nepal and he was kept at different places.
Besides hearing learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, I have also perused the case diary. I do not find any ground to grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7038 of 2016 (4) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
