The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.08.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 16.05.2018 at about 4.00 P.M., when the informant and his mother-in-law were returning to their house from the railway station by a motorcycle then three unknown persons came on a motorcycle and made informant's motorcycle stop. It is further alleged that they snatched the motorcycle of the petitioner and also snatched mangalsutra of his mother-in-law and two mobile phones and escaped from the place of occurrence leading to registration of F.I.R against three unknown persons.

It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner is involved in one another criminal case.

Learned APP for the State submits that the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. Considering the fact that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with G.B.
