The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498A, 304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Baban Yadav the father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Amarnath Yadav and on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry the accused persons killed his daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation that petitioner along with family members burnt the daughter of the informant.
Having considered the fact that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3295 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Siwan in Darauli P.S. Case No. 80 of 2012.
