That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders, direction/directions to the authority concern to dispose the representation dated 24.02.2023 and also pass an order to punish the Authority who are responsible for this episode. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
