In this view of the matter, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.

The appellant is directed to pay the settled amount of Rs. 14,50,000/- within 2 months in the account of the respondent and statutory amount deposited in the High Court may be refunded to the appellant company upon showing the payment in the account of the respondent.

Counsel for opposite party Mr. Rajen Sahay has appeared and he has already filed Vakalatnama through soft and hard copy but his name has not figured in this case.
