The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 220/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that licence is 15 years old and till date no complaint was made and the present case has been filed on the basis of a complaint made on mobile phone and after verification it was found that no such person exists and during enquiry nothing has come against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 220/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
