JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the depiction of the Respondents No. 2 to 4 as contained in the order dated 25.4.2024, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5954 of 2024, inasmuch as the District Collector and the District Programme Officer have been depicted in the original writ petition as those of District-Araria instead of District-Katihar and as far as the Respondent No. 4 Child Development Project Officer is concerned, he has been depicted to be that of Narpatganj, Araria instead of Kursela, Katihar. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that as far as the Respondents

Patna High Court MJC No.127 of 2025(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 No. 2 and 3 are concerned, they shall be deemed to be read as the District Collector, Katihar and the District Progamme Officer, Katihar, whereas the Respondent No. 4 shall be read as Child Development Project Officer, Kursela, Katihar. 3.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 25.4.2024.
