Petitioner is named in the first information report but specific allegation of killing the deceased is against co-accused, Nagendra Paswan and Dinesh Paswan. So far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail.
